Graduated in Law at the University of Bologna with honors, he obtained a Second Level Master’s Degree in Tax Law “A. Berliri” from the University of Bologna and has been a member of the Bar since 2012.
He focuses mainly in the areas of tax and bankruptcy law.
He holds, by Court appointment, the position of Judicial Commissioner and Curator in bankruptcy proceedings and is registered in the Register of Experts of the Negotiated Crisis Settlement.
He published the article “On the alleged antinomy of the terms for the approval of a restructuring agreement with proposed transaction on tax and contribution claims” (in Diritto della Crisi, April 2023). He collaborates with the publishing house Giuffré for the websites Il Fallimentarista and Il Societario. He has published several articles in the tax field, as well as contributed to the handbook “Negotiated Solutions to Corporate Crisis after the Development Decree (L. 134/2012)” (Cedam, 2013) . He has published commentaries of the judgments of the Tax Commissions of Lombardy (published by Cedam). He is a speaker at conferences organized by associations and entities in the professional and business world. A former lecturer of the Foundation of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan and an expert in bankruptcy law at the University of Bergamo.

She focuses on corporate and insolvency law. She has gained extensive experience in business consultancy, contractual matters and in extraordinary transactions, especially in the field of acquisitions. She also represents companies in insolvency procedures such as composition with creditors, debt restructuring agreements and certified plans.
She received her PhD in Civil Procedure Law at the Università degli Studi of Milan and she contributes to the website Giuffrè Il Fallimentarista.

After graduating in law at the Università degli Studi of Milan with honors, he was admitted to the Bar in 1987.
He focuses on insolvency law and corporate and commercial law.
His main practice areas are insolvency, corporate and commercial law. He has acquired considerable experience in restructuring operations and managing corporate crises both within the framework of traditional insolvency procedures, debt restructuring agreements and certified plans. With specific regard to the latter, he is often appointed by banks to negotiate and draft legal agreements. He also provides assistance and advice regarding extraordinary corporate operations, negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts and the acquisition of assets and companies from bankruptcy procedures and estates.
He also focuses on corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings. He holds the office of director and statutory auditor in numerous public and private companies. He is a member of the Register of Statutory Auditors.
He is enrolled in the Register of Experts for the negotiated settlement of crises and holds, by appointment of the Court, the position of judicial commissioner, judicial liquidator and trustee in bankruptcy proceedings.
He is a speaker at conferences organized by associations and entities in the banking, professional and business world and authored “The rights of categories of shareholders” in “Shareholders’ protection” (edited by G. Berta, Giappichelli, 2008).

He focuses on corporate and insolvency law. He has extensive experience in advising businesses and financial intermediaries, as well as in contractual matters and extraordinary transactions, especially in the area of acquisitions. He also assists companies in the area of crisis and insolvency regulation instruments, as well as in asset and business acquisitions from insolvency proceedings.
He is enrolled in the Register of Experts for the negotiated settlement of insolvencies and holds, by appointment of the Court, the position of judicial commissioner, judicial liquidator and trustee in insolvency proceedings.
Formerly a member of the Supervisory Body of a leading credit institute, he assists companies for the purposes of the Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
He is a lecturer in the Level II Master’s program (University of Bergamo) in “Business Crisis and Corporate Restructuring” and a speaker at conferences organized by associations and organizations in the professional and business world.
He cooperates with the website IlFallimentarista.it, Giuffrè where he published, in 2022, the essay “Negotiated settlement and resolution tools under the bankruptcy law”. He focuses on civil and insolvency law. He has gained an extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution, also as member of arbitration panels, as well as in extraordinary operations, insolvency remedies such as composition with creditors, restructuring agreements, certified restructuring plans, acquiring a specific expertise in the acquisition of assets and businesses from bankruptcy procedures and estates.
He was a lecturer in civil and civil procedure law at the Fondazione Forense of the University of Bergamo until 2017 and currently lectures at the Scuola Forense – Legal School of the Bar of Bergamo.
He is also a speaker at conferences organized by the Bar and by the professional accounting association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Bergamo.
