Born on November 23, 1963<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After graduating in Law (110 cum laude) at the Universit\u00e0 degli Studi of Milan, he was admitted to the Bar in 1992.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He focuses on corporate and insolvency law. He has extensive experience in advising businesses and financial intermediaries, as well as in contractual matters and extraordinary transactions, especially in the area of acquisitions. He also assists companies in the area of crisis and insolvency regulation instruments, as well as in asset and business acquisitions from insolvency proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is enrolled in the Register of Experts for the negotiated settlement of insolvencies and holds, by appointment of the Court, the position of judicial commissioner, judicial liquidator and trustee in insolvency proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Formerly a member of the Supervisory Body of a leading credit institute, he assists companies for the purposes of the Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231\/2001.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is a lecturer in the Level II Master’s program (University of Bergamo) in “Business Crisis and Corporate Restructuring” and a speaker at conferences organized by associations and organizations in the professional and business world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He cooperates with the website IlFallimentarista.it, Giuffr\u00e8 where he published, in 2022, the essay \u201cNegotiated settlement and resolution tools under the bankruptcy law\u201d. He also authored \u201cThe liability of directors, statutory auditors and auditors in light of the new Corporate Crisis Code\u201d (in the Proceedings of the Conference of December 6, 2019 of the Notarial Council of Bergamo), \u201cThe protection of minority shareholders in public companies\u201d, in \u201cShareholders\u2019 Protection\u201d \u2013 (edited by G. Berta, Giappichelli, 2008) and \u201cThe market for the non-quoted and non-negotiated titles in the limited market \u201d (in \u201cThe Companies\u201d, 1995, 449), as well as the monographs: \u201cThe financial market for small and medium companies and the right of ruled markets\u201d (Giuffr\u00e8, 1995) and \u201cThe institution of the financial market for small and medium companies\u201d (Servizi Industriali Editore, 1995).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
