LAWYER – FOUNDING PARTNER<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Born on June 24,1957.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After graduating in Law (108\/110) at the Universit\u00e0 degli Studi of Milan, he was admitted to the Bar in 1984.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He focuses on civil and insolvency law. He has gained an extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution, also as member of arbitration panels, as well as in extraordinary operations, insolvency remedies such as composition with creditors, restructuring agreements, certified restructuring plans, acquiring a specific expertise in the acquisition of assets and businesses from bankruptcy procedures and estates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was a lecturer in civil and civil procedure law at the Fondazione Forense of the University of Bergamo until 2017 and currently lectures at the Scuola Forense \u2013 Legal School of the Bar of Bergamo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is also a speaker at conferences organized by the Bar and by the  professional accounting association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Bergamo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is enrolled in the Register of Experts for the negotiated settlement of crises and holds, by appointment of the Court, the position of judicial commissioner, judicial liquidator and trustee in bankruptcy proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is a contributor to the website Giuffr\u00e8 \u201cIl Fallimentarista\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He authored \u201cShareholders\u2019 rights in Shareholders\u2019 Agreement\u201d, in \u201cShareholders\u2019 Protection\u201d (edited by G. Berta, Giappichelli, 2008).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
