Matteo Manfredi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Graduated in Law at the University of Bologna with honors, he obtained a Second Level Master’s Degree in Tax Law “A. Berliri” from the University of Bologna and has been a member of the Bar since 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He focuses mainly in the areas of tax and bankruptcy law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He holds, by Court appointment, the position of Judicial Commissioner and Curator in bankruptcy proceedings and is registered in the Register of Experts of the Negotiated Crisis Settlement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He published the article “On the alleged antinomy of the terms for the approval of a restructuring agreement with proposed transaction on tax and contribution claims” (in Diritto della Crisi<\/em>, April 2023). He collaborates with the publishing house Giuffr\u00e9 for the websites Il Fallimentarista and Il Societario. He has published several articles in the tax field, as well as contributed to the handbook “Negotiated Solutions to Corporate Crisis after the Development Decree (L. 134\/2012)” (Cedam, 2013) . He has published commentaries of the judgments of the Tax Commissions of Lombardy (published by Cedam). He is a speaker at conferences organized by associations and entities in the professional and business world. A former lecturer of the Foundation of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan and an expert in bankruptcy law at the University of Bergamo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
